Cricks Highway is experiencing MASSIVE growth and we're looking for a Group Service Manager to take the reins at our Barrinia Street site — one of Brisbane southside's most exciting and diverse multi-brand operations.

The Role

As Group Service Manager at Barrinia St, you'll be responsible for the full service operation across seven premium and emerging brands — driving performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience every single day.

What you'll do

- Lead, mentor and develop your service team to hit and exceed targets
- Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
- Own the customer experience from first contact to vehicle collection
- Manage department financials, labour rates and cost controls




- Work closely with the Fixed Operations Manager and senior leadership team
- Build a culture where performance is expected and excellence is celebrated

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience as a Service Manager or senior service role in automotive
- A leader who sets the standard and holds the team to it
- Strong commercial acumen and an eye for the numbers
- Exceptional communication skills with customers and staff alike
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
