Uniting Singleton Facilities in Singleton, NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical care in our aged care services. You will develop care plans, perform assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet individual resident goals.

You'll liaise with families and health professionals to ensure high quality life for residents, while supervising care staff. National Police checks and pre-employment screening apply.
