Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Chef to provide buffet style bulk cooking for breakfast and crib lunch or dinner and desserts across remote sites in Queensland. You will ensure OH&S; compliance and maintain food safety and hygiene to Compass standards.

With Cert III in Commercial Cookery and bulk catering experience, you will manage kitchen procedures, menu writing, rostering and cost control, while minimizing waste and upholding HACCP guidelines.
