If your experience is exclusively within an architectural practice, consultancy or design studio , you will not be suitable for this position and cannot be shortlisted. Previous new home builder experience + strong ArchiCAD working drawing experience are essential.

They’re genuinely open to offering flexibility around your working hours. If you need to manage school drop-offs, pick-ups or other commitments, there’s flexibility to start earlier and finish earlier, or start later and finish later, whatever works best around your circumstances.

The Role





- Design bespoke custom homes based on client briefs + work on renovations
- Produce concept plans and full working drawings in ArchiCAD
- Work through the design and build process with the construction team
- Mentor and support their existing Draftsperson

About You

- Previous experience with a new/double storey builder is essential
- Solid ArchiCAD and full working drawing experience
- Experience drafting single and double-storey homes
- Able to mentor and support another Draftsperson
- Full Australian working rights
