St Vincent's Hospital Sydney invites applications for a CRESS Aboriginal Health Practitioner in the Homeless Health Service, Sydney. This max-term contract is part time (24 hours per week) for two years, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

The role supports Aboriginal clients experiencing homelessness, delivering holistic care, coordination, and advocacy under a trauma-informed approach, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
