About the role:

You will work closely with experienced litigators across a broad range of disputes, including:





- Complex corporate insolvency and restructuring disputes.
- Corporations law disputes, including shareholder and director‑related matters.
- Banking and finance litigation and disputes involving financial institutions.
- Drafting legal advices, pleadings, affidavits, submissions and court documents.
- Preparing evidence, discovery and briefs to counsel.
- Attending client meetings, mediations, conferences with counsel and court proceedings.

The ideal candidate:

- Have approximately 2-6 PQE, ideally gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
- Previous experience in commercial litigation, insolvency or banking and finance disputes.
- Robust drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable managing competing deadlines.
- A genuine interest in developing your expertise in complex commercial disputes and corporate insolvency.
