Dragonfly International is seeking an HR Generalist to support our operational hubs across Australia. You will handle day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, performance and attendance management, and end-to-end lifecycle support.
You will partner with frontline leaders, coordinate recruitment for operational roles, and ensure compliant application of Australian employment laws. This role reports to the HR Director and focuses on embedding Dragonfly’s values across regions.
