Angourie Resort’s signature dining venue, Tides Kitchen & Bar, seeks a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations and guest experiences at a coastal resort near Yamba. You’ll drive service across restaurant, café, kiosk and bar, coaching a high‑performing team while managing rosters and stock to meet demand.
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you’ll partner with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service delivery and elevated guest satisfaction.
