This is a broad, commercially focused role sitting within a specialist Corporate Finance team and supporting senior stakeholders on key strategic and investment decisions.

It is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys looking beyond the numbers - combining strong financial analysis with business insight to help influence decision-making across a complex global organisation.

Key Duties will include: n

n
- Commercial & Strategic Analysis - Support key business decisions through financial analysis, market research, commercial insights and scenario modelling.
n
- Mergers & Acquisitions - Lead global acquisition activity, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis and assessment of potential investment opportunities.
n
- Financial Modelling & Forecasting - Develop and review financial models, forecasts, business cases and capital funding requests.
n
- Transformation Projects - Play a key role in major group-wide transformation and strategic initiatives.
n
- Stakeholders - Partner with senior stakeholders across the business,



providing clear financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
n

About you: n

The ideal person for the role will be a corporate finance professional from Big 4 Transactional Services or who is commercially astute and able to influence stakeholders - providing financial insight and analysis and lead M&A; activity.

Key requirements: n

n
- CA, CPA or CFA qualified.
n
- Demonstrated financial analysis and financial modelling capability.
n
- Strong technical accounting and commercial finance knowledge.
n
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to translate financial information into clear commercial insights.
n
- Proactive, team-oriented and comfortable working across multiple priorities and deadlines.
n
