The Role n

This is a senior, hands-on Pega Developer opportunity focused on delivering and enhancing enterprise Pega solutions across continuous delivery initiatives.

n

You will work end-to-end across requirements analysis, technical design, configuration, integration, development and testing, translating business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. The role carries greater technical depth than the support-focused position, with responsibility for development estimates, build activities, automated testing and maintaining development standards.

You will also contribute to operational activities through ServiceNow and Jira while maintaining application health and supporting ongoing platform stability.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Deliver end-to-end Pega BPM development, from analysing requirements through configuration, integration and implementation.
n
- Configure and extend Pega applications in line with business requirements, technical standards and Pega best practices.
n
- Develop functionality and defect fixes while maintaining build processes, configuration integrity and code quality.
n
- Review requirements and user stories, identify technical tasks, provide development estimates and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
n




- Develop and execute unit and automated test scripts, supporting broader testing activities and high-quality releases.
n
- Work across Jira and ServiceNow delivery pipelines while participating actively in Scrum ceremonies and application support activities.

Skills & Experience Required nn
- 8+ years’ experience within Agile teams as a Pega Developer, Consultant or Architect.
n
- Solid hands-on expertise across Pega PRPC / BPM development, configuration and integration.
n
- Pega CSSA or CLSA certification, with strong knowledge of PegaRules Process Commander.
n
- Development experience across Java, J2EE, JavaScript, SOAP and HTML/XML.
n
- Advanced understanding of PRPC functionality and the complete software development lifecycle.
n
- Strong technical analysis, estimation, coding and testing capability, with the ability to deliver independently within complex enterprise environments.
