Job Description

Bluemont Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own and grow its Australia-wide territory. The role focuses on complex, relationship-driven sales with councils, engineering firms, and mining companies, delivering Bluemont’s erosion, scour, and flood protection solutions.

You will drive sales of Rock Bags, Mobile Flood Barriers and Hytrans systems, manage strategic customers, and forecast pipelines while enjoying significant autonomy and an uncapped commission structure.
