Seasons IGA Burpengary is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the store. You’ll coach and inspire your team, drive exceptional standards and solid commercial results, and create a welcoming, community‑focused shopping experience for our customers.

Store Manager

Salary: $90,000

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Start Date: End of October

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall store operations, standards and financial performance
- Recruit, roster, develop and mentor a high‑performing team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and an exceptional in‑store experience
- Execute pricing, promotions, planograms and seasonal campaigns
- Manage budgets, wage control, shrinkage and inventory KPIs
- Ensure safety, compliance, food handling and audit readiness
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, the local community and support office





What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ supermarket or retail management experience at multi‑department or store level
- Proven leadership, coaching and people‑development skills
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated results across sales, waste and wage control
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- A genuine passion for community retail and customer service
