Carinity Education Brisbane seeks a Youth Wellbeing Coordinator to place student wellbeing at the centre of practice, providing therapeutic support and leading case management for young people. You will develop support plans, monitor interventions and coordinate external referrals to keep learners secure and engaged throughout the school day.
