PosAbilities supports youth on the autism spectrum by focusing on what they CAN do rather than what they cannot. Your role is to provide administrative support at a leadership level to the CEO, Managing Director, Lead Educator, Finance Officer and the Buds & Brews Team. Buds & Brews is the onsite Florist Café, open to the public and which provides work skills experience for young people. This is a managerial position, so you will be expected to lead the processes, practices and structures to ensure the administration of PosAbilities is effective, qualified and NDIS compliant.

Key responsibilities

- Support current processes, practices and structures to ensure the effective administration of services
- Analyse, negotiate and improve processes, practices and structures
- Provide an administrative service to PosAbilities personnel
- Management of Client Price Quotes and Service Agreements
- Data Management, including development of an effective system of CRM
- Oversee and review Policies




- Provide a managerial service to the Buds & Brews Team with regards to business management
- Develop and manage structures for NDIS compliance in conjunction with CEO
- Work with the Leadership Team of Managing Director, CEO, Finance Officer and Lead Educator

About you

- Administrative qualifications or experience in any sector/context
- Management, Administrative and/or Customer Service experience in any sector/context
- A current Working With Children's Check
- NDIS Orientation Module (can be completed on employment)
