What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll help older people remain independent, connected and confident in their everyday lives.

You’ll provide one-on‑one support to customers in their homes and local communities across the Rockhampton region. While shifts are offered based on customer needs, we’re ideally seeking team members who are available to work Monday 9:00am to 2:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am to 4:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (66 hours per fortnight).

No two days are the same, but every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Your Day May Include:

- Delivering personalised support in line with individual care plans
- Assisting with personal care, mobility support and medication reminders
