Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Officer

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative team? We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Accounts Receivable Team within the Finance and Procurement Department.

In this role you will provide a high level of support to the Institute in the provision of Accounts Receivable services. You will be responsible for monitoring customer payments, assisting with managing credit risk and following up on overdue accounts.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Broad knowledge and understanding of accounting practices and procedures
- Strong numeracy skills and very valuable attention to detail
- High level of competence with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as well as a member of a small team
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to interact easily with all levels of staff
- Experience with Technology One CiA is highly desirable

What we can offer:

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months.

The position classification is AO3. The corresponding salary range is $77,249 to $86,324 p.a. plus superannuation and generous salary packaging.
