Key responsibilities
Lead, train and develop the bar team
Run busy services from the floor and behind the bar
Maintain high standards across cocktails, wine, beer and spirits
Manage stock, ordering, inventory and beverage costs
Drive beverage sales and develop the drinks offering
Maintain consistent recipes, presentation and service standards
Build a strong, accountable and hospitality-driven bar culture
About you
Previous experience in a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior bartender role within a quality, high-volume venue
Organised, confident and hands-on
Solid beverage knowledge and genuine understanding of hospitality
Ability to notice guest needs and keep the team moving during busy service
