About the Role

As Duty Manager, you will lead from the front, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel while creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Front Office team and other departments, you'll drive service excellence, support team development, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.ts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Create a positive, high-performing workplace through coaching, mentoring, and development.
- Ensure smooth daily hotel operations, including guest services, staffing, and financial procedures.
- Resolve guest concerns confidently and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively across departments to maintain service excellence.
- Act as the senior point of contact during emergency situations and operational escalations.

About You

We're looking for a confident and approachable leader who is passionate about hospitality and people.





What You'll Bring

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for guest service and team development.
- Experience working with hotel property management systems (Opera experience highly regarded).
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card and First Aid Certificate.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
