What your day could look like

As an Application Packager, you'll help ensure clinicians and teams have reliable, secure access to the applications they need to deliver quality care. From supporting critical technology deployments to driving smarter ways of working, you'll collaborate with a skilled ICT team to create solutions that strengthen services across the region.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Delivering application packaging and deployment solutions that improve reliability, consistency and user experience across the organisation.
- Partnering with technical, clinical and business stakeholders to provide advice, solve complex issues and support successful technology outcomes.
- Driving automation and process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk and support contemporary service delivery.
- Supporting application lifecycle activities including upgrades, remediation and optimisation to maintain secure, high-performing systems.

- Experience packaging, deploying and managing applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting, particularly PowerShell, to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working across end-user computing, networks, medical technology, project environments or Microsoft Power Platform solutions, and/or a strong understanding of ICT governance, cybersecurity and service management frameworks.
