About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a skilled Remote BIM Modeler to contribute to their innovative projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models using industry-leading software. You will work collaboratively with remote design and construction teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project-specific standards and BIM execution plans.
- Perform clash detection and report potential issues to the project team.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve modeling discrepancies.




- Maintain and update BIM models as design changes occur.
- Assist in the generation of drawings and reports from BIM models.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP modeling.
- Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
