We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Lead to take ownership of our warehouse operations and lead our stores team from the front. The role will be the first point of contact for warehouse activities, responsible for prioritising workloads, maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating freight, and ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right products on time, every time.

About the role:

As the Warehouse Lead, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse while working alongside the team to receive, pick, pack, dispatch, and manage inventory. You'll balance competing priorities, ensure warehouse quality standards are maintained, and drive accurate stock control through effective use of warehouse systems and processes.

- Leading the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse and coordinating team priorities.
- Managing receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and kitting activities to meet customer and production deadlines.
- Prioritising competing requests from Sales, Workshop, and Engineering teams.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, stock locations, and warehouse organisation.
- Conducting cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.




- Ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods are checked for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Coordinating domestic and international freight bookings and monitoring deliveries.
- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with procedures.
- Monitoring warehouse performance and escalating potential delays, risks, or capacity issues proactively.
- Maintaining accurate transactions and inventory data within NetSuite and warehouse systems.
- Training team members in warehouse processes, systems, and best practices.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse workplace.

Skills and Experiences:

About you:

- Qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics id desirable.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Warehouse Lead or in a similar warehouse leadership role.
- Proven background in warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and stock management.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining stock accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support a warehouse team through a hands‑on approach.
- Sound knowledge of freight coordination and warehouse logistics processes.
- Proficiency in using barcode scanning technology and warehouse systems.
- Holding a current Forklift Licence.




- First Aid Certificate will be viewed favourably.
- Familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory management software would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of stock control processes, cycle counting, and stocktakes is advantageous.
