Unisson Disability in Parklea is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to manage Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. You will lead a team of direct support professionals, ensuring high quality, person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive and remain independent.

You will oversee day-to-day SIL operations, ensure homes are protected and compliant, develop and review support plans, and coordinate rostering and recruitment with HR.
