TerryWhite Chemmart Keilor Village is seeking an exceptional individual to be our Retail Manager. Prior experience as a Retail Manager is significant. Alternatively, applicants with greater than 3 years of full-time experience in an Australian Community Pharmacy as a pharmacy assistant or a dispensary technician who are looking to advance their careers will also be considered.

The retail manager has a critical role in supporting pharmacy services by managing key commercial imperatives. Leadership skills are a must and will be required to foster a performance-based culture that meets key organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Values based leadership
- Coaching, managing, developing pharmacy assistants
- Maintain and develop systems and processes that deliver exceptional customer service
- Adopting and infusing organisational values in all aspects of management and leadership
- Driving retail sales, profitability and key performance targets
- Executing and managing ordering, stock-takes, credits and managing all aspects of OTC stock management
- Managing merchandising, catalogue promotions and other seasonal campaigns
- Monitoring daily retail operations and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Analysing sales and performance results
- Maintaining an exciting,



fresh and well-presented retail environment
- Ensuring high standards of compliance, workplace safety and professional practice
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Foster relationships with suppliers and sales representatives to maximise benefits for the pharmacy
- Working closely with pharmacy business partners to meet business objectives
