Foxy Home Staging is seeking its first dedicated HR professional to build and own the HR function from scratch in South East Queensland. You will design onboarding, ensure compliance with Fair Work, awards and NES, and partner with leaders to create explicit career paths for styling, logistics and office teams.

You’ll implement policies, templates, and AI-assisted HR processes, becoming the go-to person for people issues and a one-person HR engine within a growing business.
