Beauty Affairs is a skincare and medispa business with an online store and physical clinics in Sydney. Our team works across skincare products, digital content and advanced skin treatments.

About the Role

We’re looking for a practical, creative all‑rounder to help manage our Shopify website, produce content and support projects in our medispa.

Shopify and website content will be a major part of your day‑to‑day work. You’ll improve product descriptions, update pages, manage apps and help maintain the online shopping experience. You’ll also create social media content, coordinate UGC creators and contribute to our internal research and development (R&D;) projects in the physical medispa.

What You’ll Do

Write and improve Shopify product descriptions so they are clear, accurate and persuasive.

Upload products and update images, collections, landing pages and other website content.

Install, configure and maintain Shopify apps, test that they work correctly and help resolve website issues.

Identify opportunities to improve product pages and the customer experience.

Plan, film and edit short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok and digital ads.

Source and coordinate UGC creators, review footage and repurpose content.

Use AI tools to develop content ideas, scripts and creative concepts, then check and refine the final output.

Support internal R&D; projects by organizing information,



coordinating tasks and recording results with the medispa team.

About You

You enjoy varied work and can move comfortably between writing, website updates, content creation and team projects. You take ownership of details, learn new tools quickly and follow tasks through to completion.

Hands‑on experience managing a Shopify store, particularly products, pages and apps.

Strong written English and experience writing or editing ecommerce product descriptions.

Ability to create and edit short‑form social media videos.

Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation, with the judgement to check their accuracy and quality.

Strong organisation skills and confidence working with different teams.

Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness or a consumer product brand would be an advantage. You do not need to be a beauty therapist for this role.
