THE ROLE

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Account Manager who understands social, builds strong client relationships and keeps great creative work moving.

You’ll be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, connecting their business objectives with our creative, social and production teams. From the initial brief to campaign delivery, you’ll keep people informed, projects on track and opportunities moving forward.

You’re someone who follows through, asks the right questions and spots a problem before it becomes a bigger one. You’re comfortable presenting ideas, navigating feedback and balancing what’s best for the client with what’s achievable for the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build strong client relationships. Understand each client’s business, audience and objectives, becoming a trusted contact through proactive communication and thoughtful recommendations.
- Own day-to-day account management. Run WIP meetings, provide updates, capture decisions and make sure actions, responsibilities and deadlines are clear.
- Turn objectives into clear briefs. Work with our creative and social teams to develop content plans and campaign recommendations that suit the brand, audience and platform.
- Keep projects moving.



Coordinate campaigns and ongoing social activity through planning, production, feedback, approvals, delivery and reporting.
- Manage budgets and scope. Track agreed deliverables, budgets and team hours. Flag additional requests, coordinate quotes and secure approval before extra work begins.
- Make feedback useful. Translate client feedback into clear direction for the team and review work against the brief, brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Report on what matters. Work with the social team to assess performance against agreed KPIs, presenting results, learnings and practical recommendations.
- Help retain and grow accounts. Identify relevant opportunities for additional content, campaigns and agency services. Support proposals and renewals that benefit both the client and the business.
- Stay across social and culture. Bring relevant platform updates, creator trends and content opportunities to the team.
- Support new business. Help our leadership team prepare for prospective client meetings, develop proposals and onboard new accounts.

- WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Experience managing client accounts within a social, creative, digital or content agency.
- A strong understanding of social platforms, short-form content and how organic, paid and creator activity work together.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple accounts.
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, feedback and approvals.
- The ability to turn performance data into helpful recommendations.
- A collaborative & proactive attitude
