This is a role for someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of issues, working directly with stakeholders, and taking ownership of finding a solution when something doesn’t quite add up.

You’ll focus on the invoice, purchase order and contract escalations that require human judgement. Working alongside Porter AI, our automation platform, you’ll investigate issues, engage with vendors and stakeholders, and help ensure payments continue to move accurately and efficiently through the business.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in managing and resolving escalations across the Accounts Payable process, including:

- Investigating and resolve purchase orders, invoices and contract discrepancies
- Working with vendors, approvers and contract owners to gather information and resolve outstanding issues
- Managing escalations generated through Porter AI and determining the appropriate action required
- Identifying recurring themes and opportunities to improve processes
- Tracking outcomes and maintaining accurate exception records
- Supporting the AP Team Leader with day-to-day operational priorities.

What You’ll Need

- Previous Accounts Payable or finance operations experience




- Strong problem-solving and investigative capability
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Experience working within ERP systems, with Yardi highly regarded
- Ability to work alongside AI-enabled automation and adapting change processes
- A proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
