They are seeking a suitable and motivated Administration to join their sales team. /n The Position... /n Reporting to the Director, you will be mentored directly by their existing team in all facets of their next-level customer service and administration role.

This is a Part-time position of 20-30 hours per week, that may lead to additional hours. /n The position includes; /n /n

- Answering phone /n
- Lead qualification /n
- Scheduling sales staff /n
- Organising staff events /n
- Additional hours and duties in absence of Office Manager /n /n Skills they will teach you for success; /n /n
- Lead capture for new clients /n




- Internal Systems /n /n You will gain a thorough knowledge of their customer base and the solutions/services the company can provide. /n Must-haves: /n /n
- Excellent communication and time management skills via phone and email /n
- Organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously /n
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite /n
