Our Facilities services business is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to oversee the performance, quality, and client relationships for multiple key accounts. This role is critical in ensuring our service delivery remains best-in-class across multiple sites.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across your designated client portfolio, ensuring high standards of cleaning, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with site other managers, supervisors, cleaners, contractors, and senior management to deliver seamless service.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of cleaning services across major accounts

Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks

Manage and support cleaning teams

Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact

Respond promptly to issues, complaints, and service requests

Manage rostering, timesheets, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth





Prepare reports for management and clients as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in cleaning, facilities services, or a service-delivery environment

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cleaning, facilities services, or a service-delivery environment is required

Confident managing staff and contractors

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and making decisions

A strong communicator who builds trust with clients

Tech-savvy and a fast learner

Holding a valid driver license and able to travel between sites

Australian work rights are required for this position
