Everen Early Learning is looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindergarten team in 2027.
We know that changing roles isn’t always something you want to do tomorrow. You may be finishing out the year with your current children, completing your studies, relocating, or simply looking ahead to what you want next.
That’s why we’re recruiting now for a 2027 start .
And if the right person would prefer to join us sooner? We’d be very happy to have that conversation too. Our start date is flexible and can be tailored to suit the right candidate.
Everen is an independent, family-owned early learning service in Toowoomba. We opened in 2026 with a vision of creating a beautiful, welcoming environment where children are genuinely known, educators are valued and our Kindergarten program can be thoughtful, engaging and responsive to the children within it.
Our approach is influenced by Reggio Emilia and grounded in relationships, curiosity, play and meaningful learning. We want our Kindergarten program to feel like a place where children are capable, curious participants in their own learning - not a classroom where everyone is expected to do the same thing at the same time.
We’re looking for an ECT who:
- Holds an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification, or is working towards one and eligible for the role
- Genuinely enjoys working with Kindergarten-aged children
- Values child-led, play-based learning and solid relationships
- Wants the freedom to contribute ideas and help shape the Kindergarten program
- Is warm, approachable and able to build genuine relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Values teamwork and wants to be part of a service where people actually know and support one another
- Understands that great teaching is about much more than paperwork and planned experiences
