Olio's Fine Food is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage, Hotel & Event Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations for food & beverage, hotel services, conferences, banquets and external events. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure service excellence, safety and profitability across all events.

You will drive pre-event planning, staffing, timelines and SOPs, translating contracts into actionable plans and leading teams to deliver flawless guest experiences
