You will manage ExO and Turnitin, train users, configure systems, and coordinate offshore support teams, ensuring quality procedures and solid stakeholder engagement.

The role requires hands-on LMS experience in higher education, a tertiary qualification, and excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
