Family Centered Support Services is hiring Casual Team Members to support Children and Young People in Residential Out-of-Home Care across our therapeutic rural properties. You will help them achieve social, educational, cultural and emotional goals while overseeing their daily care.

This role requires flexibility for a 24-hour shift model, and includes training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), a comprehensive induction, on-call support, and opportunities for development.
