This is a role for a relationship-driven sales professional with a talent for creating opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and delivering tailored fleet solutions backed by exceptional service.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Handling inbound fleet enquiries promptly and professionally
- Proactively seeking and securing current fleet business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing fleet clients
- Developing strong connections with manufacturer fleet teams, corporate customers, and FMO partners
- Supporting business growth initiatives and contributing ideas to expand our fleet footprint





You’ll work as an integral part of a close-knit, supportive fleet team — with no weekend work and uncapped earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a confident, people-first sales consultant who thrives on results and client relationships. Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous experience in automotive sales (fleet sales experience highly regarded)
- Strong initiative, business development skills, and a competitive, target-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Well-developed organisational and time management abilities
- A current NSW driver’s licence

Bonus points for:

- Established local business, corporate, or FMO contacts
- Prior experience in a fleet-specific automotive role
