Townsend Building Services have been in operation for over 30 years. Specialising in both insurance and non-insurance building repairs throughout Australia. We are looking for a passionate and skilled dual Supervisor / Estimator to support the Gold Coast & Northern Riversregion.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll oversee projects from initial assessment through to successful completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting site assessments to evaluate damage and prepare clear, accurate estimates, detailed reports, and professional quotes.
- Managing end-to-end project workflows, including material procurement, trade allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Performing regular site inspections to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates,



managing expectations, and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Enforcing health and safety standards across all job sites, ensuring that all work is carried out in line with safety protocols and legislative requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking someone who brings energy, expertise, and a positive mindset to the role:

- Insurance industry experience - including engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects.
- Site leadership skills - you're an experienced Supervisor who’s confident on-site and ready to take the next step in your career.
- Robust estimating and reporting skills - you’ve scoped, quoted, and delivered.
- Excellent time management - you thrive under pressure and stay organised when things get busy.
- Clear communicator - you're confident working with clients and trades alike, and always bring a can-do attitude.
- Project management pro - you're comfortable managing several jobs at once.
- Bonus points if you have a trade qualification with experience using Prime software.

- Only candidates with full Australian working rights, an unrestricted Drivers Licence and a White Card will be considered.
