Bunnings Warehouse Newcastle and Hunter Valley is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, sales and stock in a high‑volume workplace. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll guide a team of 50+ staff and work with department managers to deliver great customer service and safety standards.

You’ll drive performance through coaching, plan merchandising, monitor KPIs and ensure stock accuracy, while building a positive, inclusive team culture across the region.
