Make your mark on eCommerce across three Australian brands
n Kidman Apparel Group is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the online commercial performance of S.Kidman, Rossi Boots and Driza-Bone.

n

This is an exciting prospect for an eCommerce leader who loves the numbers, understands the customer journey and knows how to turn online traffic into sales.

About the role n

n
- Leading the eCommerce strategy and roadmap across all three brands
n
- Driving online revenue, conversion and digital P&L; performance, with a strong focus on reducing cart and checkout abandonment
n
- Optimising the customer journey from landing page through to checkout
n
- Leading online merchandising, promotions and the trading calendar
n
- Using data and analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance
n
- Managing our Shopify Plus platform, development partners and technology stack
n
- Leading SEO and GEO strategy and our external agency partners
n
- Leading and developing a team of two eCommerce specialists
n
- Working closely with marketing, creative, merchandise, planning and other teams across the business
n





About you nn
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior eCommerce or online retail role
n
- A strong commercial focus and proven experience delivering eCommerce results
n
- Experience with conversion optimisation, customer journey improvement and A/B testing
n
- Strong Shopify Plus experience
n
- Experience with GA4 and other digital analytics tools
n
- Experience managing agencies and technology partners
n
- A strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI-driven search
n
- Excellent data, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience leading and developing a team
n

Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear or multi-brand retail will be highly regarded.
