Deliver induction and onboarding programs for recent Room Attendants

n
n
- n

Provide practical,



hands-on training in guest room servicing, cleaning techniques, and luxury presentation standards

n
n
- n

Coach team members on productivity, efficiency, and quality expectations

n
n
- n

Train staff in the safe use of chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping procedures

n
n
- n

Deliver workplace health and safety, manual handling, and infection control training

n
n
- n

Conduct room audits and quality assessments, providing coaching and feedback where required

n
n
- n

Partner with Supervisors and Managers to identify training needs and skill gaps

n
n
- n

Facilitate refresher training and continuous improvement initiatives

n
n
- n

Maintain accurate training records, competency assessments, and sign-off documentation

n
n
- n

Develop and improve training materials, SOPs, and housekeeping guides

n
n
- n

Support succession planning and development of future Supervisors and Team Leaders

n
n
- n

Act as a trusted point of support and subject matter expert for housekeeping teams

n
n

n

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping

- n

Experience in a training, supervisory, team leader, or quality-focused role

Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

n

- n

Ability to train people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

- n

Sound understanding of WHS, manual handling, and safe work practices

n

- n

Strong organisational and record-keeping skills

- n

Full working rights in Australia

Highly Regarded:

Experience within 4-star or 5-star hotel environments

- n

Experience delivering structured training programs

- n

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)

- n

Experience conducting housekeeping quality audits and room inspections

- n

Experience developing SOPs, training manuals, or competency frameworks
