An exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Support Officer to join an established software business in a 100% remote, work from home role.

n

You'll provide day-to-day customer support, user assistance, online training and administration, helping clients get the most out of the company's software platform. This is a great opportunity for someone from customer service, client support, help desk or administration who enjoys problem solving, building relationships and working independently.

Your Responsibilities nn
- Providing timely and effective client and customer support
n
- Responding to user queries and providing clear solutions
n
- Delivering and assisting with online client training
n




- Supporting clients with the use of the software platform
n
- Maintaining and improving customer support resources
n
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
n

About You nn
- Experience in customer service, client support, technical support, administration or help desk support
n
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
n
- Experience working with accountants or accounting professionals, or a qualification in accounting, will be highly regarded but is not essential
n
