The role will work within the estimating team of a couple other Estimators. The successful candidate will be hands-on production estimating for KDR and custom built homes.
As the Estimator, you will be responsible for: n

- BOQs
n
- Procurement, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Databuild
n
- System set up for future works and set up processes
n
- ETS management
n
- Solving elevated issues and collaborating with the Director
n
n

To be considered for the position of Estimator you will require: nn
- Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background
n
- Experience pricing and delivering custom homes
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Experience negotiating rates
n
- Good understanding of margins
n
- Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office and committing to a full time role.
n
