This is far more than a traditional finance role. As the Commercial Finance Manager , you’ll work closely with the owners and leadership team to drive strategy, challenge thinking and influence commercial outcomes. Acting as a trusted business partner, you’ll provide the insights and financial leadership that support growth, improve performance and shape the next phase of the organisation’s success.

Position n

You will be responsible for leading the finance function while providing strategic commercial support across the business, including:

- Partnering closely with the owners and senior leaders on business strategy and decision-making
n
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
n
- Delivering meaningful financial and commercial insights that drive profitability and growth
n
- Developing financial models, business cases and scenario analysis for key initiatives
n
- Enhancing reporting, dashboards and business intelligence capabilities
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and efficiency
n
- Presenting financial results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
n
- Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical finance capability with commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.

You will bring:

n

- CA/CPA qualification
n
- Experience in Financial Control, Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Business Partnering
n
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
n
- Advanced Power BI and reporting skills
n
- The ability to translate data into commercial insights and actionable recommendations
n
- A proactive, curious and growth-focused mindset
n
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions
n
- Professional services experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
