Job Description

RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an OEM Supervisor to lead the Service Delivery Team on site. The role focuses on protected, high-quality shutdowns, installations, audits and overhauls of OEM equipment, with hands-on leadership of crews and coordination of mobilisation, demobilisation, tooling and personnel.

You will ensure timely delivery, adherence to OEM standards, and a strong on-site safety culture, including JHAs and risk assessments.
