Healthcare Australia is seeking a Mental Health RN Team Leader to provide clinical and operational leadership to the VCC Mental Health team, overseeing intake, assessment, triage, risk management, care coordination and referral processes.

You will supervise staff, drive governance and continuous improvement across the service, with a Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm schedule and a focus on person-centred care in a telehealth-enabled setting.
