- Shape brand and category strategies that actually influence business direction
- Identify new opportunities by understanding shoppers, competitors, retailers and market trends
- Bring new products and ideas to life - from the initial concept through to launch
- Help decide where products should play, how they should be positioned and how they can grow
- Turn data and insights into clear commercial actions
- Work closely with Sales, suppliers, retailers and internal stakeholders to bring plans to life
- Develop creative brand activations and communications across relevant channels
- Support retailer programs, range reviews, promotions and customer initiatives
- Become the go-to person for your brands and categories

What you'll bring




You’ll ideally have 5+ years’ experience across areas such as:

- Brand Management
- Product Management
- Category Management
- Trade Marketing
- FMCG / Consumer Products

Experience working with retailers, distributors or specialty channels will be valuable, as will exposure to NPD, product launches, pricing, promotions and range reviews.

Pet industry experience is welcomed - but it isn't essential.

What matters more is that you’re commercially curious, quick to learn and confident connecting the dots between consumers, brands and business results.

You’ll also bring:

- A creative approach to solving problems
- Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines
