Talent & Organisational Capability Coordinator
This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to split your time between the comfort of your home office and one of our vibrant office locations in Adelaide or the East Coast.
Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active Australian Government Defence security clearance at the level required for the position.
The APAC Talent & Organisational Capability (T&OC;) team supports the organisation in building capability, developing talent and creating an engaged, high-performing workforce. The team delivers and coordinates a range of people initiatives, including Leadership Development, Talent Management, Competency Development, Succession Planning, Culture & Engagement, Learning Management and Graduate Program, working closely with stakeholders across the business and Global HR.
The APAC T&OC; Coordinator plays a key role in enabling the effectiveness of the team through strong project coordination, proactive reporting, stakeholder management and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring APAC T&OCteameffectivenessthrough; excellent project coordination, proactive reporting and stakeholder managementand team administration (such as raising purchase orders,maintainingthe T&OCworkspace;, being our resident Excel guru).
Providingbasicguidancetostakeholderson allT&OCframeworks;,processesand programs, referring more complex issues asrequired.
Directlysupportingthe Graduate programensuring an outstandingexperience for all parties involved(including Graduates, People Leaders, Technical DisciplineLeadsand other stakeholders)
EnhancingT&OC;’s reputationby workingclosely with theMyHR teamtoensureenquiries are handled ina timelyway, putting the customer at the core– always.
AligningT&OC;’s work closely with organisational prioritiesand ensures relevanceandappropriate prioritisationof initiativesin consultation with the broader APAC T&OC; team.
Building a robust networkwith Global HRcolleagues,particularly the International T&OC; team
Schedulingand preparing forlearning and leadership development events,maintainingthelearning management system, liaising with participantsto ensure high attendance and completion rates.
What you will bring:
The ability to tell a compelling story through data visualisation and analysis, and demonstrate experience preparing Exec-ready communications, reports and presentations.
A mind that is continually on the hunt for improvements coupled with the ability to turn a problem into an interesting challenge to be solved.
A willingness to support workshop facilitators by maintaining the schedule, communicating with participants, proactively marketing programs and perfecting the ‘producer’ role for virtual events, which may be held in multiple international time zones.
An implicit ability to lift others up so that everyone wins, to recognise and celebrate the success of others as well as your own, to speak kindly and well of colleagues and stakeholders, to believe that the best ideas and solutions come from being open, and listening to many voices.

Outstanding stakeholder relationship building with demonstrated experience in collaborating across a complex and/or matrixed organisation.
Strong digital literacy with experience in SAP Success Factors, Workspaces, MS Teams suite and Canva, Articulate or similar an advantage.
