What your day could look like

As Advisor Learning Design and Learning Management System, you'll help build a capable workforce by creating learning experiences that support employees to perform at their best. From developing digital learning solutions to improving the learner experience, you'll work with stakeholders across the organisation to strengthen capability and support better outcomes.

- Designing engaging online learning programs that build knowledge, skills and confidence.
- Partnering with subject matter experts to turn complex information into practical learning solutions.
- Enhancing the learning management system through quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Using data and insights to improve learning effectiveness and solve learner challenges.

- Capability working with learning management systems, including content administration and user support.




- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to improve outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

You’ll stand out if you have qualifications in adult education, learning and development, vocational education and training, and/or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
