Wyvern Health Rehabilitation Day Programme is seeking a Scheduling Officer to coordinate day rehabilitation programs across neurological, orthopaedic and hydrotherapy streams. You will build clinician timetables, allocate patients to sessions, and ensure funding entitlements are checked.
You will act as the main contact for patients, families, referrers and clinicians, managing waitlists, cancellations and occupancy targets to support a seamless patient journey from referral to discharge.
