Our team is dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of those we support. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for new Helpers (Support Workers and professional cleaners) to join our vibrant team and help us in supporting our Members in maintaining their independence and dignity.

What You’ll Do

- Provide personal care and companionship to Members.
- Assist with daily living tasks.
- Build meaningful relationships with Members, providing consistent and compassionate support
- Use the Lookout App to manage your shifts and access Member details
- Communicate effectively with the Care Team to ensure the best care for our Members

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in aged care or a similar role.
- Experience as a professional domestic and or commercial cleaner.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.
- Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Cert III or higher in Aged Care (Support Workers only).
- Flexibility with shift availability. We do not have any night shifts.
