Role Description As an Advanced Revit Modeler based in the Sunshine West Area, you will work on-site in a full-time capacity to develop detailed facade models and documentation using Revit. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining 3D models, setting up and managing families and parameters, and preparing shop drawings and construction details that align with architectural and engineering requirements. You will coordinate models with internal design, engineering, and manufacturing teams, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards and timelines.

The role also involves revising models based on design changes, supporting clash detection and model audits, and maintaining consistent project templates and documentation standards.



You will contribute to continuous improvement of modeling workflows and provide input on best practices for facade modeling and digital collaboration.

Qualifications

- Robust Revit modeling skills for complex facades, including family creation, parametric components, and detailed documentation.
- Proficiency in BIM workflows and coordination, with experience integrating models with architectural and structural disciplines.
- Solid understanding of facade systems, construction details, materials, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and translate them into accurate 3D models and shop drawings.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams on-site.
- Relevant qualification in architecture, engineering, drafting, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in facade design, curtain wall, or cladding projects in a commercial construction environment is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with common industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar) and willingness to learn recent digital tools.
- Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to company and project standards and procedures.
