What Your Day Could Look Like As Advisor Onboarding and Engagement, you'll help create positive experiences from day one, strengthening connection, capability and belonging across our workforce. From designing organisation-wide onboarding initiatives to partnering with leaders on employee experience, you'll play an important role in helping people thrive and contribute to better outcomes across our communities.

- Designing and enhancing onboarding experiences that help new employees feel welcomed, prepared and connected.
- Partnering with leaders and teams to build consistent approaches that support employee success across a diverse range of roles and locations.
- Developing practical tools, resources and events that strengthen engagement and build manager capability.
- Using feedback and insights to continuously improve employee experiences and drive meaningful organisational outcomes.

- Experience in onboarding, employee experience, HR or organisational development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
- Current C Class driver's licence.

You'll stand out if you have qualifications in HR, organisational development, psychology, business or a related field, and/or experience delivering engagement initiatives across large or diverse organisations.
